3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing Cycles: Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

7.1 Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our shared hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this guarantee.

7.2 Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.

7.3 Support: Technical support is available 24/7 via email, live chat, and phone. Response times vary by support channel:

8. Data Backup and Security

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Customer: You may cancel your service at any time through your account panel or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9.2 Termination by SharedHosting.lk: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal activities
  • Abuse of our resources or services
  • Any activity that jeopardizes our services or other customers

9.3 Data Retention: Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer: SharedHosting.lk and PEEK Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

10.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
